Convenient location for commuting between the Asian and European sides of Istanbul. Polite and helpful staff. Upgraded room from triple to single and double. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good night's sleep. Thoughtful gesture not to invade rooms during guests' absence. Strong wifi connection. A variety of amenities and facilities in the surrounding area. Cute and family-oriented atmosphere

The hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the rooms were adequately furnished with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not properly cleaned with evidence of dirt and grime still visible.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation as well as shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and informative, making my stay pleasurable. The room was clean, and the mattress was super comfy. I appreciated that they asked if I wanted cleaning or not.

The venue offers luxurious amenities that cater to every need, from the exceptional service to the private facilities, everything was perfect. the garden area is a peaceful oasis to escape the city, and the spacious, elegant room provided exclusive advantages and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.
The TV in the room automatically turned on each time I entered, which was a minor annoyance. this was overshadowed by the excellent leisure/TV room available.

The hotel is located in a really convenient area, close to public transport and great restaurants. Despite the bustling surroundings, the rooms were peacefully quiet. the friendly staff provided wonderful service and went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
The bathroom facilities could use some improvement.

The hotel has a great location, close to public transportation and restaurants. the nearby harbor offers a beautiful view of the water. the staff was kind enough to offer an upgraded room which was clean and comfortable. We loved the traditional Turkish breakfast served in the morning.
The bathroom was tiny and the basin was too small to wash our faces without getting water all over the floor. the shower was equally cramped and uncomfortable.
